The Winter 2022 Event is the sixth event introduced in Tower Battles, following with the Halloween 2020 Event. It is also the third "Christmas" and the second Winter event. The event showcases new enemies, new skins, a new map, a new currency and a tower as well for completing the event overall.

Tactics

• Enforcers are good for placing at the start to minimize leaks from the first few waves.
• Phasers can easily kill Revenant due to their rapidly increasing damage per second.
• Aviator is useful for granting towers Hidden Detection during early-game.
• Railgunners are great for wiping out Snow Wendigos, Frozen Gladiators and Goliath Frozen Gladiator.
• Commander and DJ should be used for their bonuses and active abilities.
• On the other hand, farms should not be used during this event. The waves ramp up in strength far too quickly for Farms to pay off and the low total wave count also limits the amount of money they could generate.
• It is recommended to not use spawn-towers like Zed or Graveyard, because they demand too much money to deal severe damage, you should use Commandos or Railgunners instead.

Trivia

• Players receive 250 and the Harpoon Hunter from their first triumph, but receive 500 for every triumph afterwards.
• Players still receive good amount of Shards by losing the event, more waves you go more you win.
• This event has the most enemies in it out of any other event gamemode, and has the most waves (tied with Halloween 2020).
• This is the first event to introduce a new currency, which are the Shards.
  • This event is the first event to have a currency exclusive to it, and have a shop exclusively for the currency, making it useful to continue playing after you have already beaten it.
• This is the second longest event in terms of duration lasting 159 days, only beaten by Halloween 2023.
• This is the third most beaten event in Tower battles history, first and second being Halloween 2023 and Christmas 2017 respectively.
• Although this event has more enemies than Halloween 2020, the event was much more easier due to all the enemies appearing in the previous event.
  • Before Halloween 2023 this was considered the easiest event in Tower Battles' history.
    • That being said Halloween 2023 is now the most beaten event.
