The Shotgunner is a short ranged, high damaging ground tower that can be purchased for 300 with a placement price of $300.

Overview[]

The Shotgunner has a unique spread functionality. Almost closely to the Tuber, the Shotgunner deals full direct damage to its primary target and deals half of that damage to enemies nearby its 70-degree spread angle. Unlike splash damage however, the Shotgunner's spread can only hit a limited number of targets. At level 1, the Shotgunner fires every 2 seconds, dealing 4 direct damage and 2 spread damage to a maximum of one target, and this increases as the tower is upgraded.

Due to its decent damage and low cost, the Shotgunner is greatly cost efficient at level 1. Two or three Shotgunners can defend well until wave 8 in both Survival and Versus modes, permitting additional waves for players to farm. The Shotgunner is unable to detect Hidden enemies at any level without support from the level 3 Aviator or level 4 Golden Scout.
