The Scarecrow is an event tower rewarded to players for triumphing the Halloween 2017 event. The Scarecrow knocks back enemies within its range. This tower has no upgrades.

Appearance

The Scarecrow, as the name implies, appears to be a scarecrow with a smiling jack-o-lantern as its head. It is supported with a wooden pole behind it. Its arms and legs are made of straw, and its left leg appears to be broken.

Upgrades

There are no upgrades for this tower. In the upgrade slot, a jack-o-lantern icon will appear with text reading "Happy Halloween 2017!"

Tactics

• The Scarecrow is useful for stalling and knocking back enemies, providing more time for the other towers to weaken them.
• The Scarecrow is not recommended for Versus mode because it does not deal damage.

Trivia

• The Scarecrow is the first event tower in the game.
  • Additionally, the Scarecrow is also the first tower with no upgrades, followed by the Resting Soldier, Monkey, Patrioteer and Poopi.
• The Scarecrow is the second tower in the game that is unable to deal damage, following the Farm.
• The Scarecrow can affect any enemies that are not immune to Cryo-Gunner and still knock them back at the same amount.
• The Scarecrow is the only tower in the game with a unique ability to knockback enemies.
• The Scarecrow appears as a decoration in the lobby during the Halloween 2020 event and the 1.0.0 update.
• According to the user data on the Halloween 2017 badge, the Scarecrow has the least owners out of every event tower.
